Our staff consists of three licensed engineers, four junior engineers, and support personnel in CAD and administration.
But what sets them apart even further is their support of one another in their individual pursuits outside the office. We have encouraged students in the throes of their senior projects, poured over engineering books with a Jr. Engineer preparing for their professional exam, cheered one another on in triathlons, marathons, and bike-a-thons, and finally laughed and cried with each other at our weddings and children's births. RLA is more than engineering, we're a family.
