RLA ENGINEERING has designed literally hundreds of residential structures, and almost no two are alike.
Whether it is a single room addition or a 10,000-ft2 estate, each project brings its own unique challenges. Often times the structural design of a residence can prove more complex than a much larger commercial structure. Regardless of scale however, our engineers approach each one with the same level of care and service.
Our clients vary from working directly with the owner, to architectural and construction firms. In either arrangement, our goal is the same; to provide the most cost-effective structure that meets the owners' needs.
Our designs use wood, light gage steel, ARXX insulated concrete formed walls or a combination of these materials. We strive to maintain open communication with the project designer in order to ensure the seamless integration of the structural system with architectural constraints provided.
